1 small can sweet chilli tuna

1 small can 4 bean mix

Handful or two mixed lettuce leaves

1/2 tomato, roughly chopped

Plentiful crumbled fetta, Tassie or King Island

5 mins=healthy, filling meal

Second cup of coffee

... and I still can't face the day

- 4th or 5th more like it
